The yard features five mature, shade-providing trees, ensuring a cool and refreshing environment even on the hottest days. Your dog will love exploring the lush turf and grass yard sections, ideal for running, playing, and lounging. For those pups who enjoy a good dig, we've included a dedicated dirt patch just for them. Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. We love having a backyard for our dog to run around in :) hopefully your dog will enjoy it too! We have a nice covered seating area for humans (please be mindful of dogs dirty paws!) and an optional pool for dogs! Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set up the dog pool for extra charge. Note: pool not available during winter months

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

**Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

I work from home and can keep an eye on your pup while s/he plays for the day! It’s fully fenced and in a gated community :)

Our yard is fully fenced with a sand pit, a tree house with slide, a covered porch with two lawn chairs, a fire pit and misters and hose for the summer! Our yard is a long rectangular shape which makes it great for playing fetch. I also have a mini golden doodle if your dog needs a friend to play with!

Welcome to Evanston! Bring take out and have a pit stop 1 min. off I-80. Fully fenced front yard is 5,500+ ft2 (lower fence in front) and fully fenced side yard is another 1,100+ ft2 (6+ ft high fences). Enjoy a porch swing, padded pergola swing, deck with patio chairs and a hammock. Plenty of shade and grass to run around in. Take a walk through the charming neighborhood to visit downtown Evanston on Main Street (0.3 miles away). Safe travels and come again!
