Our fully fenced yard and pool area provides your pup room to splash, sun bathe and explore off-leash. With lots of trees on multiple sides of the property, shady spots can be found all day as the sun rotates across the sky. The seating area on the south end of the pool offers a nice view of Mt. Olympus. Please note there is no grass in the backyard. Humans are permitted to join their pups in the water but we would ask that only adults enter the pool. The pool is 6ft deep at the deepest point, 9ft wide and 28 ft long. There are also a series of ledges/ large steps on the shallow end of varying depths for dogs who might need a rest or want to ease their way into the water. With cold temps in UT in fall & winter, our Sniffspot will be shut down starting in mid-October and re-open in April/ May (weather dependent).

Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** **This is a pollinator-friendly property! If you are nervous about bees, please contact me prior to booking. I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

Welcome to our backyard! The yard is fully fenced, providing a safe space for you and your pup to roam free. There's plenty of room for fetch, sniffing, and some fun toys. We hope to have you visit soon!

We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

I work from home and can keep an eye on your pup while s/he plays for the day! It’s fully fenced and in a gated community :)

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.
