Description

2.5 acres with Wi-Fi available. You have a natural fence made by trees and bushes. But there is no actual fence. There is a steeper incline with 2 rows of pine trees to get to the back road. The back road is 55 mph. We have a small pond on the property. The pond usually has tall grass around it. We have a wooded area as well. Water is out of the spicket that is attached to the house. You can only run 5 minutes of water per hour. Water is not available for temperatures below 40 degrees. You are responsible to pick up all your dog waste.

1. You are responsible for your dog. 2. Be respectful to the property. 3. No more than 1 person with the dog. If you do have more people it is $5 per person. 4. You can have up to 6 guests must be related with you and the dog. 5. Stay away from the solar set-up. 6. You must pick up pet waste.

Spot was large and clean. Great instructions and communication with host. Property lines were very obvious. There is probably a 45+ mph road running the back length of the spot ... a couple lines of trees and good incline up to the road but we heard plenty of vehicles. My dogs and I left happy and hope to be back. Thanks!

We run/manage short-term rentals in Rochester MN called Covered by Faith since 2017. We love our yard and are kids are growing up so it's not used as much. We have 2 1/2 acres on the outskirts of Rochester right by Target South. 3 sides of us are fields. Our whole property pretty much has a tree or bush line fence we have made.
