Nice space! Really liked that there is a privacy fence that encloses the whole space!

This is the perfect yard for sniffs, for relaxing, and to work on some socialization training with my reactive black lab. There is a 6’ privacy fence all around, nice landscaping and plenty of shade. The owner was super quick to respond and helpful with answering my questions. This was such a nice spot to bring my pup, and we plan to return.

One of the most stress free off leash experiences I’ve had with my dogs! One of my dogs can be reactive toward hyper active dogs and the other hasn’t learned her manners yet. It was so nice to have a fully fenced in grassy space where I could let my dogs have some safe off leash time. There’s was fresh water and a poop scooper as described. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back!

This was my first use of Sniffspot so I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. Once I got over the weirdness of walking into someone else’s yard, I was very pleased! The space was clean and just big enough for a 70 pound reactive Labrador to run and have fun. The host had warned me in advance that the water wasn’t on yet, so I brought my own and we were fine. There were some garden beds around so if you have a digger like I do, you’ll just need to be aware and keep an eye on them. There was also a dog in the back neighbor’s yard that got mine a little riled up at first but she soon settled down and things were fine. Loved the nice 6ft privacy fence and everything was very easy to find. I’ll definitely be back soon!

My boyfriend has been at Mayo for almost 2 months now. This was super close and my dog enjoyed being able to romp around off leash.

Great yard, secure fencing, good amount of room to run & play, nice chairs to sit on, a scooper and trash can to clean up…but no water source as listed. I had to leave about 25 min early from our visit as I only had a small amount in my car. There were hoses, but not connected to anything, a rainwater collection barrel but it was empty, and I spotted a spigot high on the side of the house that I was barely able to reach, but when turned nothing came out. I have a 78 lb St. Bernard mix so having water available is really important. Wouldn’t have been as big a deal if I would have known, I would have brought my own. I just hated our first try at this was cut really short. I’ll likely try it again, but just bring my own water.

Host replied: Shoot! So sorry! We shut off the water on the house when it starts to freeze consistently at night. We would absolutely love to have you back!

Very nice space! My pup loved sniffing around and exploring. Lots of chairs to sit either in the sun or shade, whichever you prefer. Also like that there’s a water dish we can use. My dog and I definitely want to come back! This would be a great place to work on training and tricks, which I’ll do next time!

Very nice secluded space for my pup to sniff around and just have fun. Shaded spaces lots of grass.
