The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.

Please watch your footing. Early morning guest the low areas will refreeze and be crazy slippery, later guests need waterproof boots. PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. DUE TO SNOW MELT, WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR RESERVATIONS A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

We have a fully fenced yard right in the heart of Duluth, just a few blocks from Canal Park. We offer convenient off-street parking right near our gated entrance. We have some toys and water for our furry friends. For humans, we have tables and chairs and free WiFi access. Great spot for all sizes who just need to be "free-range" for a bit.
