55What a great spot! Finn had a wonderful time… playing w the toys, getting his feet wet in the pool, lots of good smells, and pretty quiet. Chairs provided…choices of sun or shade. Easy to find as well. We will be back! Thank you Rebecca for this space to let my reactive dog just be a dog w/o distractions!!
55My dogs loved playing in the yard and taking breaks in the shade. Plenty of water and balls to play with! Thank you!
55Titan had a great time! It was already creeping towards 80° and the space was an excellent mixture of sun and shade, so he didn't get overheated. Space was clean and well maintained and directions were clear. We'll be back!
55Perfect spot! Water, toys, poop bags, and plenty of space to play and train!
55This is a great spot! We visited on a mid 70’s day. The spot is surrounded by tall trees which provided great shade for a warm afternoon. We loved the sweet wild flowers blooming in the grass. Super clean. Very secure. Quiet! We will definitely be visiting again!
55My dogs had such a great time at this spot! They had so much room to run and play, and even had some shady spots to lay in when they got tired! The host had toys, water and poop bags available! We will definitely be back!
55Wide open area for zoomies and ball throwing. Poop bags provided on throughout the area. Signage for parking and entrance. Fence secure. I only noticed one small area with gap at bottom and that could be from bunny or other small animal (rural area). Depending on the direction one is traveling, the turn off can be sharp (missed due to my dog’s head in way and car behind really close). Would go again!
55Our 2 greyhounds had a fun time. Zoomies for one and sniffing for the other! The spot has great fencing, flat ground for playing, toys, water, chairs -- what else could you want? We will be back. Oh, and Rebecca was great and had her dog inside for us.
55Got my Rottweiler/Lab mix from a shelter in Illinois - he is also a flight risk. I was confident letting him run around here as the fences are secure and tall. He had so much fun, can’t wait to visit again soon! Thank you :)
55Perfect spot, especially on a nice day! Big open space and fully fenced with lots of sniffs! The doggos loved it!

Description

Welcome! Hot summer days call for a doggie pool. Let your buddies run and play on our field, then take a break getting their paws wet or laying in our doggie cool pool! Please note that my booking window is only 14 days out. Please check back for later dates. We hope the humans will enjoy the peacefulness of the field with surrounding woods and peek-a-boo views of the valley. Since our SniffSpot is behind our outbuilding, you have lots of privacy and rarely see anyone during your visit. Our field offers shade at all times of day and often a breeze in the afternoon. It can be very pleasant on hot days. We have a hose with a sprayer if your dog needs an extra cool down. We have toys and balls for the dogs, a covered area with chairs, a couple chairs in the field that can be moved to the shade or sun, poop bags and water bowl by the hose. We have a reserved parking space just for you! My default is to keep my dog in the house while you arrive and depart. He could possibly in his separate dog run by the split rail fence. If you know that seeing him might upset your dog, let me know and I'll make sure he's not seen.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

During the wet season, certain areas of the field tend to become muddy. Occasionally, the dogs dig holes in these muddy patches, but we promptly fill them as soon as they are discovered.

Hi, I'm Rebecca and I love sharing our fenced area with guests! I understand the need for private playtime and am happy to hear about dogs enjoying their time here. Our family has one Boxer, named Badger.

Cedarbrook Farms Dog Park with Agility Equipment

Our facility has a fenced off-leash Dog Park with Agility Equipment with unfenced on-leash grassy potty area just outside. Our agility course is complete with multiple single jumps, A-frame, dog walk, tunnel, teeter and weave poles. On-leash trail walk through our wooded trails behind the dog park for a small additional fee. Cedarbrook Farms is a 60 acre farm with about half of this acreage as wooded trails behind the dog agility park. The main trail loop is to the right and is maintained (however there are two wet spots, we recommend you wear boots in the rainy season), the loop to the left may or may not be maintained. You can access the main loop out the back gate of the dog park (be sure to close and secure the gate behind you) or if you go out the front dog park gate, walk around towards the back of the dog park and hang right when you see trail options. There are single track cross through trails through the center of the main loop that you can explore at your leisure as well. The main loop is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace. Dogs must remain on leash at all times in the unfenced areas, horses/dogs share use of these trails. There is a portapotty available on site at the main arena barn, please have your dog in the car prior to approaching the arena barn area. We also have Cedarbrook Veterinary Care, veterinarian Dr. Hannah Mueller, on site and offer canine acupuncture, chiropractic, SCENAR and Theraplate. These things can be scheduled through our website at: www.cedarbrookvet.com, or call or text us at 360-794-9255.
