Description

**Georgia's Sniffspot is available only upon request. Please send a message in advance letting me know when you would like to visit. Thanks!** Georgia the beagle would love to share her yard when she isn't using it. She says it's great for zoomies and fetch. She loves running around all the open grassy space and hiding behind the trees and bushes. For the 2-legged crew there is a table and chairs on the lawn. There is an umbrella on the deck that you can open to shade the table and chairs (please close it when you're done). The yard and deck are wheelchair accessible from the driveway which has ample parking around back. There is a hose by the driveway.

1. No Smoking or Drinking. 2. Do not leave doggie poop. Trash can is by the gate. 3. Only park in the parking area in the back of the house by the fence. Do not park on the street or in the driveway in front of the house.

🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people who have reactive dogs or who just don’t have a fenced in yard! This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.
