Description

Bring your pups over to enjoy a game of fetch or a run through the sprinkler. Maybe they’ll want to splash around in the kiddie pool, roll around in the grass or simply take a snooze on the warm concrete in the sun. Water hose for fresh water is available along with clean/sanitized dishes. Don’t be afraid to make yourself comfortable in one of the many seating areas available around the yard. Our yard is enclosed by a 4ft chain link fence - we are on a corner lot so you may encounter neighbors walking their dogs along the sidewalk. Pet waste bags, waste disposal, and hand sanitizer are provided. Conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown Auburn Hills!

Dogs are able to access underneath deck where there is a possibility of getting dirty. Also deck boards need some love - watch your step. Stairs going up to second story of home could be a hazard to curious clumsy pups.

NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
