Location

Description

3-level fenced in backyard with steps on either side to access upper levels. There are flower gardens and 2 ponds with frogs and fish. Pathways and grassy areas to explore on all levels and seating for you to relax and enjoy the view while your pup(s) play. This is a very private and relaxing backyard for you to enjoy as well. It’s a peaceful oasis with places to sit and relax while listening to the sounds of nature and the waterfall on the first level. Bring a book, do some work, or just give yourself time to disconnect while your dog(s) are enjoying the yard. This is a great space for training, especially if you’re looking for an area that is safe and fenced in but is more dynamic than the typical open back yard space. There are steps to access upper levels. Keep in mind that the steps on the right side (next to the big waterfall) are regular deck steps and are less steep than the left side steps. Please use gate on left side of house to enter. Please pick up after your dog and put poop bags in the large blue trash can inside the gate, on your left as you’re exiting the yard. There are poop bags on the table on the deck at the upper level. There is a dog bowl and hose with sprayer inside the gate where you’ll enter (turned off during winter months so consider bringing water for your dog).

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Stairs to upper levels. Consider using stairs on the right side (if you’re facing the yard with your back to the house) next to the big waterfall. Those are regular deck stairs and are less steep then the stone stairs on the left side.

Great yard, our pup had so much fun getting his zoomies out! We did hear a dog barking in the house, and saw a cat inside the patio door, but the upper levels of the yard allowed us to be far enough away from the house that our reactive dog didn’t even notice.

    Very nice, quite and serene

Thank you for having Chira and me. The property was beautiful and clean. Would love to come back in the spring! Many blessings to you.

Host replied: I’m glad you enjoyed it! It’s even better in th spring and summer once everything blooms! You’re welcome back any time 😊

As always, Lucky loved exploring the yard. Thank you for opening your space to us!

Host replied: I’m happy that Lucky is enjoying the yard, even on this cold day 😊

Gorgeous & super stimulating for dogs! We had so much fun here! The steps and different levels were great exercise for our girls and there’s plenty for them to sniff and investigate. Super friendly and accommodating host - the water left outside for was a great touch also (we forgot bowls). Can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent space! Plenty of space for two large dogs to roam and play. The multiple levels kept my dogs interested and gave an air of privacy. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Host replied: I’m so happy you enjoyed it and your dog appreciated all the different levels. You’re welcome back any time!

Such a unique spot. Everything was as pictured, and it presented a great environment for my dog to exercise and do some training. The location was easy to find and had ample parking. The stairs are a little steep, but my senior dog managed them without issue.

Host replied: I’m glad that you and your pup enjoyed the yard! The stairs are definitely steeper on the left side but there are still a lot of stairs on the right. That can either make the yard exciting or challenging. I definitely always recommend using the stairs on the right side.

Excellent private spot for my elderly boy Toby! He loved sniffing around, exploring and doing some light running around. I did have to help him up a flight of steps due to his old legs but otherwise recommend the spot and will return!

Alyssa’s private adventure garden was a blast, with our boy Frankie. We were thrilled when we came across the app and this location. We’re so limited on yard space for our pup and he doesn’t always enjoy the dog parks as much as we’d like him to (classic pandemic pup who prefers sticking with his mommies). Alyssa thank you for providing such an oasis for him, I’m sure we’ll be back soon for another day of fun!

Host replied: I’m so happy to hear that Frankie enjoyed the yard! It’s certainly different and more exciting than the typical open space. You and Frankie are welcome back any time 😊

What a beautiful yard! So many sniffs and lots of room to run. This was our first SniffSpot and while my pup has a bit to learn about the joys of off-leash fun haha we had a really nice time. The host is lovely and responsive and the space is great. Would definitely visit again!

Meet your host

I am an animal lover and rescuer. We have 1 elderly dog and a handful of rescue cats that will all be in the house during your visit. My backyard is quite unique and fun to explore and I wanted to share it with other dogs that need a place to run around, play, and learn.
