Indoor "Sniff"ari Room for your pets during those cold or rainy days. We recommend you supervise a 30-45 min sniff session and will need updated vet records such as bordetella, distemper, rabies & negative fecal for health and safety of all pets due to dog licensing & sniff spot requirements. We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!
