45Fantastic huge yard for our pups to play and run! Nice and sunny area on a cold spring day, although there are sufficient trees for shade in the summer. It is not very private, which was ok, and there is a neighbor with a very reactive pup. I would've given Casey's a 5 however there was a broken gate and holes through the wooden fence which our pups could escape through easily. We stayed in the back of the yard to avoid these and fortunately, our pups listen well.
55Big space! Door latch was hard to find but instructions was there
15Unfortunately we couldn’t use the yard due to safety concerns. Casey was friendly and communicative. Unfortunately the description of the yard, fence, and gate were incomplete or misleading. We walked the fenceline before considering letting dogs in, and found the gate to a major roadway was rotted, potentially allowing for our 15 pound chihuahua mix to easily escape. There was another, larger section of fenceline rotted away that my 50 pound lab mix would have enjoyed escaping from. It’s a nice sized yard, but the incomplete fencing, loose screws all over the fenceline, the trash, and mattresses in the yard were all hazards.
55clean and quiet! big big yard!
55Lots of room to run and play! Did see other dogs around (only heard one at one point) so it’s a good place for reactive dogs! Owner is very nice!
55A great place for dogs that like to sniff! Lots of places to go and use your nose.
55The yard is gloriously large. The boys laughed with joy as they sprinted to the far away back fence. Plenty of room for big dogs to stretch their legs.

Host replied: I wrote you a chat informing you about the broken board on the gate prior to your visit in case it would be an issue. I was not aware of the other piece that appears to be broken as when those bushes bloom it it behind the bushes and not accessible. Thanks for the heads up about it tho. There is a mattress laying up along the fence but not in a play zone other than that I don't know about any other "trash" in the yard.
