A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. My yard is fully fenced in, flat and pretty open. There is a patio with a small table and some chairs, and a variety of plants. There are rose bushes in the garden bed next to the garage so it's best to keep your pup out of that area but they can sniff and play as much as they want! I have a wide variety of dog safe flowers and plants for them to explore. On the patio there is a storage box with a bowl, dog bags, toys, dog-safe bubbles and a fun sprinkler attachment specifically for pups! If you'd like the kiddy pool out and filled up please let me know when you book.

Hi, welcome to Rosie's Spot. Rosie is our Yorkie who we love and cherish :) 🐾 Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Rogers off of 101. Nestled on our elongated rectangular 6 acre property, the house and shed stand proudly at the forefront, while a sprawling open field and woods stretch out towards the back. 🌲Traversing the landscape are trails that run into the woods and on either side of the field inviting exploration and adventure. CHICKENS ARE OFF LIMITS 🐔 My chickens are friendly and quiet, Please DO NOT allow dogs running around the chicken run barking at the chickens! (House yard front and back off limits, this area is fertilized, and for chickens safety, .5 acre.) 🟧 Edges of property are partially fenced with old wire fencing (NOT BARBED) I marked edges with orange ribbon Where it might be hard to see 🦌🦃Be prepared to encounter some wildlife during your stay. Pheasants, turkey, and deer frequent the area around us. 🚗Parking is conveniently located behind the shed upon your arrival. Please pull in by the garden on the left and park by the visitor parking sign (as seen in pictures). And please, we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and dispose of it in the trash provided. Hand sanitizer, doggie bags, treats, and toys are provided. Large backyard for furry friends all of kinds to visit! Quiet neighborhood with street parking. Cozy patio with picnic tables, seating, and wifi for our human friends. Water available if needed but not automatically set out.

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.
