55Huge yard with tons of space for Vince to run around and explore. There was an agility setup with weave poles and a ramp that kept him busy, and he loved it. He got to meet and play with another dog, which was a bonus. Beautiful, well-kept space with lots of shade from the trees. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 😊
55My pugs had such an incredible time here! There’s so much space to run and play. They even tried a few of the agility stations. It was so fun!
55My dog enjoyed running around and sniffing this property. It’s a very pretty setting and the area was varied enough to keep him engaged. Appreciated having water available and a couple of treats to encourage him to try some of the agility equipment. He embodied his Great Pyrenees roots and was not particularly agile, but it was fun to try. 🙂

“there's a public trail that runs along the west side of the yard, separated by a chain link fence covered with a privacy screen. there's occasional bicyclists, walkers, and dogs with their owners that walk the trail. most dogs will not notice other dogs being walked because of the privacy screen. on the other side of the walking path is university avenue, and being in a bedroom community, traffic noise will be greater during weekday rush hours. there's water bowls and jugs of clean water on the picnic table in the yard. in addition, a motion-activated dog watering station is located under the deck on the right (near the entrance gate).”

Description

NOTE: we will be cleaning and storing away the agility equipment for the winter season starting in September. The agility equipment displayed are only available during the summer months. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.
