Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Playdates and get togethers (including dog social clubs, events, breed/rescue groups, doggie birthday/gotcha pawtys and dog walkers) are welcome!🐾 If you are a larger group, just let me know and we can accommodate you! Perfect for the dogs who are timid or reactive, live in apartments or have small yards, or just aren't a good fit for public dog parks. Great place to work on your training! If you like a lot of shade most of the backyard up to the deck is in the shade in the morning until 9:30 and partial shade after that.🐕 The deck and Pool is fully shaded after 4. There is a hose available on the gate side of the house, and a fan near the table and chairs. 💦The pool is not included but can be added as an extra🌻 Come Play!
