The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little tree and fire pit! There will be a basket of toys and a bag of treats for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! We have sprinklers, but you will have to let me know so I can turn them on! If you book Tuesday or Wednesday during working hours, sprinklers and speaker will be unavailable!

Trails are very private and secluded, once you pass the house, you’re on your own. Any and all dogs welcome, especially good for reactive dogs because of how private it is. Unique Sniffspot. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction!
