We have about 15 unused private fenced field that is great to let your dogs run free. The back part is wet land. Lots of wildlife. During the rain it gets pretty wet out there and swampy. But their is areas of dry spots to the left. Their is small creeks running through the field along with a barn for shelter to stand under. Great for training tracking dogs, or just letting your pups run free in a wide open space. Watch out for wildlife carcasses. Make sure your dogs don’t eat anything out there. Follow driveway to the far back gate. You are more than welcome to park in the field as well! We also have a self dog wash in our garage that is used during the week as a professional grooming salon. $10 extra each pet, for self wash, shampoo and dryer included. your dogs will be muddy during the rainy season! The Grass is growing tall now during spring. But the dogs love it! Bring your boots and plan on getting muddy!

NOW YOU'RE WELCOME TO DRIVE ONE RIG INTO THE FIELD (stopping at end of asphalt), then closing big gate so you can release your pups without leashes or worry of them getting into the road! ALSO ADDED LARGE TUB FOR PUPS TO COOL OFF IN! You won’t be able to see the people or dogs in field one while you are in field two. Maybe just a glimpse of them when they are arriving or leaving their cars from a distance. We have buildings and trees that separate the two. Field #2 also has a separate entrance and driveway from field #1. We offer poop bags all around the field, and a garbage can for your use. If you happen to see a pile someone missed, please help us out, but PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PETS AND PICK UP AFTER THEM, TOYS TOO!!!. Thank you so much for your cooperation! We also provide a large metal bowl and water hose. We also have a super nice and comfy picnic table and chair sets. We cannot guarantee your dog that is under 30 pounds will not get out if they love to play Houdini with you, as the cattle fence has a few gaps here and there that a rebellious dog could crawl under if not watched. The odds of that are rare though, as you'll be out there with them. Realistically it’s more like 20 pounds or less, but I wanted to play it on the safe side. The rest of the acre is fenced, with small enough holes that you’re 30+ pound dog will not go through or under them. ALSO, if you'd like to have an event on our farm anywhere, we can discuss your wants and make something work for you. We also host overnight stays in two cottages we have on the property. BUT, you CANNOT bring your pets here to stay the night. We want to keep the cottages pristine and dander free for our Airbnb guests that book here. Thanks for reading! Hope to see you here soon! We welcome you to White Oak Country Farms! Our Sniffspot Dog Park is located in the Hamlet of Beavercreek. Just outside of Oregon City. Enjoy the views of the countryside, farm animals (sheep, goats, horses and cattle) wildlife and hayfields on our 71 acre family farm!

This is a wide open space where your dog can run and play. Please provide your own poop bags and feel free to use any toys you find in the SS! Absolutely no digging is allowed. Dogs of all sizes are allowed! Please do not access the house including the porch. Water is provided via the hose near the gate. There is now a yard hydrant to the left of the gate as you enter! Please the area east of the driveway and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. Residents if the home may come and go during your reservation. We are mindful of your space, and we are careful to ensure the gate is kept closed. Thank you for visiting our Sniffspot!

We have 2 neighboring passive dogs that occasionally bark when you drive by them, and we've had 12 different guest dogs now jump it over the last few years to go over to say hello to them. Thankfully no dogs have ever been harmed, but if yours could become aggressive, we don't want anything happening to theirs. Plus, we wouldn't want yours to have access to the road out front. Thank you! Our 1/2 acre fully enclosed private park is a fun and PERFECT place for your dog(s) to safely run and play freely! You and your pups will love our artsy boho farm! Water bowl next to hose provided, paved entrance and patio, picnic table, chairs and tables, wading pool, swing, TV toys, clean porta potty access, doggie poop bags hanging all around the field w/disposal can, rubber mats, umbrellas and unique art everywhere! We've also added privacy screening along the entrance road. There's alot more to the 7 1/2 acre farm that makes it very unique. it's sort of like a rural "Portlandia". We've hosted dozens of weddings, parties, concerts, and reunions here in the past. So, just ask if you'd also be interested in using the farm for your own special event! 1.5 acres for your dog to play in. The west side is open to the road, but has a drop off to slow your dog from going into the road. With that said, still a HUGE area to play in, safely for your pet.

The backyard is .25 acres, fully fenced with lots of room to run and area to roam - there are 2 large trees that provide a wonderful shade canopy and a patio cover as well. The front yard is also .25 acres but is not fenced - there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
