Description

5 acres, a full time private running creek with 2 swim spots available, field is tall grass with the perimeter kept mowed and clean. Deer and turkeys roam. Gated from the road and partially fenced up front for pet safety . I live on a one lane country road with little to no traffic if your searching for private , peaceful and serene in nature you've come to the right spot to sniff. Looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies. Just a short drive from clarksville

Hazards

There is a creek, the drop off is about 15 feet it is protected with tall grass and trees same with the natural spring waterfall..must use some caution I recommend a leash walk of the property first before turning your baby loose. It's probably a good idea to walk the property with your pet on leash first. So you can get use to how high the creek bank is. It's quit a drop down from up above. Safety first :).

This is a beautiful spot and a great place for my doggos to explore without running into any other dogs. Marci is super friendly and prompt to answering any questions I had. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is absolutely our favorite and the only spot we go to .This place offers a safe place for your dog to explore, run, play, swim. The land is well kept , clean spring fed creek for your dog to play in. Your dog can run and explore about freely without the worries of them getting lost or encountering other dogs or dangers.The owner is incredibly friendly and flexible. If your looking for the safest , best sniff spot on this app in this area this is it .

This place was a blessing.Every since we lost our home five years ago Pluto has had to walk on a leash .He was attacked by a pitbull leaving the dog park in Paris so I have been afraid to let him run free.Pluto loves to run and hasn't been able to.This place was safe for him to run free.I did not have to worry about other animals , other people,cars etc. I will be going back every week .The owner was very nice and friendly.You can tell she really loves animals .There is a big creek ,clear water no trash .Also has huge land to run on mowed .Pluto was very safe and happy there .I am so thankful We found this place .

Come explore our spot! Our property has been in the family since the early 1800s, though it has been dormant for the last 30 years. Come enjoy a beautiful, natural forest. Small game trails dot our quaint 122 acre lot. The Clarks River splits the property diagonally and Sugar Creek runs vertically through. At this time, there are no marked trails; coming summer 2023 Please avoid barn structure and house as its stability is unknown due to area tornados Dec. 2021
