Ever since the late 1980s, this beautiful yard has been a dog park for our pups, a refuge for those we fostered, and a second home for those we dogsit. This yard has also been used for training for Guiding Eyes for the Blind dogs. We don't ever use pesticides or herbicides, we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated, and there are plenty of privacy hedges. Ample free parking on the street. Deck and patio are always open. Referral discounts with Scarsdale Animal Hospital. As mentioned, everything is included in the price. Feel free to ask if there's something you or your dog would like. Your dog being happy is my goal! None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City and 25 minutes to midtown Manhattan, Greenwich, CT, Fort Lee, NJ, Rockland County, and Queens. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

Check out our Spring egg hunt extra! Available for a limited time only. Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.
