Description

185’x136’ fenced in yard (6’ chain link fence) located on 4 acres. Walking trail is in woods and not fenced. There’s a hard plastic kiddie pool, lots of toys and an umbrella during the summer. We have a large floating deck perfect to use as a training area with chairs, wifi, toys, elevated dog bed and water bowl. The outdoor trunks will have everything you need inside of them. There is a cleared walking trail behind the yard (with obstacle course also!) that leads to a natural spring and stream (except during drought will be dried up) You will see the trail entrance at the back of the yard near rock wall with small sign. **trail may be muddy and wet after rain!! I also have an additional smaller fenced in area if you are working on meeting your dogs or potential adoption dog on neutral ground for first time. Located just minutes from local pet friendly stores (PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Every Dog, Lowe’s, Bed Bath Beyond, 7th Street Coffee and Best Buy all welcome your family dog!) Minimum booking time is 30 min, Maximum booking time is set to 2hrs but prefer 1hr max since my own dogs gets excited to go out and sniff :)

HOST NOTE

Top part of yard has spotty grass with some roots/divits/rocks/weeds and leaf piles. The wooded trail may have ticks, deer poop, and frogs. There are occasionally wild turkeys and deer. If it has rained recently the walking trail in the woods will be muddy. If winter there could be ice throughout yard and trails. During mud season some sloppy areas of yard may be blocked off.

Doggie bath setup5 credits

When selected, I will turn on the outdoor hot water for hose (run it for a minute or two for hot water to come through). Will provide doggie shampoo, scrubbing mit, and towels. You can use the river rock area or empty pool to bathe, Please leave everything when done and I will clean up. **not available in winter

Additional rules

Prefer 1hr max visits (due to my own dogs schedule). Please keep gates closed at all times, and re-lock after you are done for the day. Absolutely no digging allowed (we have fresh sod). Poop bags can be put in can along side of house. No smoking allowed on property. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines. If my dogs needs to go out we will go out the front door which is not visible from the sniffspot so please keep dogs on leash outside of fenced area.
