Description

I have a fenced in green space to offer for daytime fun - it's nothing too elaborate, minimal landscaping: some grass/weeds that I generally keep mowed, lots ferns along the back and occasionally a stack of yard debris collected in the corner waiting for bulk trash day. I recently removed my lawn furniture so there is plenty of room to run but nothing to sit on for the moment (sorry).

HOST NOTE

There are sprinkler heads on the outer edges of the yard (none in the middle of the yard). There is one medium sized hedge on the back of the house and a large border of giant ferns along the back edge of the yard that owners of toy breeds may not like. There is only the second hand plastic chairs to sit in at the moment but there is usually drinking water and a dog bowl available. There is sometimes a pile of yard waste in the corner awaiting bulk trash day but nothing really obstructing a good run.

I know my yard isn't much to look at but I expect guests to pick up poop or to let me know if you find another visitor hasn't so I can rectify it. I try to get out there once a week to patrol but I do not always catch it.

Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio.
