This is a fairly large or spacious fenced in yard with a screened in porch while you take a break and let your dog expend its energy. A tired dog is a happy dog! The yard is perfect for training, fetch, Or general play. It is full fenced in. The Neighborhood is highly dog friendly. So fee feel to take them for a walk after or stop in for some play time after a walk. We have a friendly dog. So if you're looking to introduce your puppy to other dogs, we can help. As we continue to grow we will add more amenities.

Welcome to my private dog park centrally located in Fort Lauderdale. This spacious yard is suitable for dogs big or small. Hope you and your dog enjoy the space and continue to comeback!

Our pups love this space, and we would love to share it with yours! It’s a great area to sniff, do some zoomies, fetch, and sunbathe. Fully fenced in yard with gazebo area to provide shade and for humans to use too. Fans and lighting installed in gazebo. Yard can be fully lit at night. Turn on the fans, kick back, and relax while your dog enjoys the yard. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, poop bags, treats, cooling towels, wipes, and water dish available. We have an outdoor sink you can use to fill water bowls. Check out our fun extras! We have agility, nose work, toys, bath supplies, and fun enrichment (kongs, shredding, etc.) extras available. If you're looking to keep the humans occupied, we have cornhole available to add as well. 4 foot chain link fence in some areas and 6 foot fence in others. We are in a residential area and while it is not often, you may see/hear a neighbor or neighbors visiting dog on other side of fence. Please message me prior to booking if any questions about this. Our dogs will be inside during your visit. May hear the occasional bark but they will be out of sight. We are total dog people and have fostered dogs for years. We understand the needs of reactive dogs and dogs with physical limitations. If your dog has any unique needs, please let us know. If you recently adopted your dog or are bringing your foster dog, please let me know! With proof of adoption or fostering, we will give you 50% off your first visit as thank you for helping a dog in need. We also accept donations for Broward County Animal Care at this spot and I will get your donations there for you. Fully fenced, secured yard with beautiful plants and trees. Welcoming and inviting. There’s a small friendly min toy poodle/Bishon who lives here, but she can stay inside too.

Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. A bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and pet safe mosquito repellent will be provided. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

Welcome to the perfect spot for your furry friends to run as long and fast as they please. As they enjoy the spacious area to let off some steam, you can enjoy watching them in the shade under the tiki hut. The tiki hut is conveniently positioned in the middle of the yard so you can keep a close eye. We provide a gallon jug of water to refill a water bowl so they stay hydrated the entire time! We also provide some dog toys and poop bags for your convenience. We hope you and your dogs enjoy your time at our spot and come back soon!
