Our Sniffspot is a fully fenced, private, medium-sized backyard in a quiet neighborhood, designed for calm, stress-free off-leash play. What to expect: ✔ Fully fenced yard ✔ No shared dog space ✔ Quiet surroundings ✔ Clean, well-maintained area ✔ Fresh water available Transparency note: We do have a resident dog, but he is always kept indoors and away from windows during visits. Your dog will have exclusive access to the yard. A neighboring dog may occasionally be outside on leash with their owner, but there is no direct interaction and visibility is minimal. Warm-weather perk: During warmer months, a baby pool can be set out upon request for dogs who enjoy splashing and cooling off. Host interaction: I’m happy to meet guests and dogs if requested, or offer contact-free access — whatever makes you and your dog most comfortable. This space is ideal for owners looking for a secure, private yard without the unpredictability of public dog parks.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. If you walk around the perimeter five times; you walked about one mile! The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park! NOTE: If you see a time blocked and you "really" need that time; please feel free to message me. Sometimes, I have to block certain time slots because I cannot have a lot of guests during a designated time because of my work, etc. However, I am always willing to accommodate my guests, especially, my regular visitors! We are going to be a closed for a few days in mid-October in order to make some improvements to our spot, including - more defined trails and new benches for the fire pit!
