This dog park is so secure even Harry Houdini’s dog could not escape, although no dog would want to!! Lots of room to run and play with large shade trees and a pool for a cooling off dip! Chairs and patio for the humans to relax or pull the Adirondack chairs (provided) under the eucalyptus tree for shade anytime of the day. This truly is an off lease park setting without fear of your dog running away or other ill behaved dogs causing concern.

If you’re just looking for the pool area, it is gated from the rest of the yard. 5000 Square Foot yard with dirt, pool, and private entrance! We have some toys, a cooling mat, a hose, and some other amenities for your doggo to enjoy. We do not have a lot of grass at the moment as most of it has dried from summer, but we still have a large yard for your doggo to run around in and enjoy the pool! This spot is perfect for a dog that loves to dig or swim. We also have a small obstacle course available for your dog to play. If you need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to message us! You may find sticks, bricks, wood, grass, etc. The main feature of our yard is the pool and the ability to have your dog dig to their hearts content and not have to worry about stopping them! Price allows for 2 guests per dog. Humans are allowed in the pool with their dog as long as you do not exceed specified amount of guests. Please book extra guests in extras section. Hose- Sometimes the spout for the hose is attached to the pool filler, if this is the case and you want to use the hose, feel free to detach the black hose and screw in the green hose that you should see nearby. Umbrella- Please put the umbrella down after use **We totally understand that dogs are messy and shed in the pool, but please try to brush them out to the best of your ability before visiting to minimize shedding so we can keep it nice for other guests! We have a 5ft deep gated pool with a stair entrance on each side. Lots of cooling water to throw the ball and have some awesome splashdowns into the water! Seating, tables , umbrellas and a shaded hammock all within pool area. Bluetooth speakers available for your music. Umbrella is movable if needed to shade In pool area. Two turf areas. Large corner area for digging or mud running. Plenty of space for throwing the ball or slinging a frisbee. Dog wash area provided with wash brush and Dog shampoo for no charge. Table with chairs under covered patio Ice chest with bottled water. Disposable water bowl & water provided for each individual dog. Lots of extras not mentioned. - Complementary drinks for you and pups - towels provided for you and pups - balls, frisbees and rope toys

Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practise, you will love this space. You humans can either sit outside on comfortable chairs and toss a ball or under the shady patio, sipping on a cold beverage while letting your dog comfortably run and play. This spot also has great night lighting should you want to come after work! I only allow dogs that have been fully vaccinated please- and may ask for verification beforehand.

We have had to pause our full spot since we have taken in a foster that requires use of our yard side at all times. In the meantime our pool side is still available :)

Shaggy’s Shack in Tempe has lots of grass for running, chasing balls, and doing the zoomies! It’s fully enclosed with a 5 to 6-foot block wall and more than 25 trees and bushes to explore. You can play fetch with tons of toys and there’s a designated digging spot, too. Or maybe you just want to cool off in a diving pool that’s professionally cleaned every Wednesday–even during Tempe’s cold months. Oh, and Shaggy’s Shack also has features shaded chairs for your human to relax as they watch you explore, play fetch, swim, and have a pawsitively good time. Shaggy’s Shack’s residents (and their humans) will be home but out of sight. The entire lot is just shy of a half-acre, and it’s conveniently located in Tempe. Many dogs live in the area, they may bark in greeting when they hear you. We offer many pawsome amenities at Shaggy’s Shack, including bags and a trash can for your nature calls and a disposable water dish with lots of fresh water (and water for your human, too). Clean towels for drying off after you’ve doggie-paddled in the pool are also provided. Of course, use of the pool is at your and your human’s own risk. The pool is chlorinated and not heated in the winter months. Your human may use the pool to get a closer look at your pawsome doggie paddling technique. While we provide towels for you, we ask that your human brings their own towels. There is no fence or gate around the pool, and we strongly encourage you to bring your own doggie life vest if you do decide to get your paws wet. Discounts are available for multiple dogs. Visit times can be extended if there is availability. Respecting Sniffspot’s 30-minute transition time between visit times is very important. So that no one gets hurt or gets into something that could be dangerous, glass, alcohol and smoking are prohibited. Since Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for dogs, please be mindful of your doggie to human ratio; kids are welcome but must be 100% supervised, especially around the ungated, unfenced pool.
