Words can’t describe our time here. Jen was super sweet. The property was just what my dog needed. A large area to run around. Very well kept and clean. We’ll be back for sure. My dog and I made amazing memories here.

This was my first visit and my dog really enjoyed it. The area was well taken care of. Fully and safely fenced. Jen came out to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. It definitely a spot we will be back to in the future.

As advertised! Such a wonderful, clean and safe place to bring your pups! Our two had a blast running around the large, clear yard. Can’t wait to go back!

Very easy to book, a great spot our dog loved, and just overall a 10/10 spot you and your dog would love. The host are very nice and accommodating as well! Will book this spot again.

This was our first Sniffspot experience and to say it was great was an understatement! Our dogs had so much fun running in the clean, open, grassy field. So much better than the dirt in our local dog park. The dogs loved the kiddie pool and the kids enjoyed the swings and climbing tree. We'll definitely return again. I wish we lived here! Thanks to Jen, the amazing host for having us.

Large grassy area that is fenced. I would not recommend for a small dog in that there is one area that a small dog could climb through. There is not much shade other than 1 tree at the rear of the property. My boy had a great time with enough room to roam and play frisbee. Bring your own toys, a chair to sit in, and plenty of water. Wished there was a hose to rinse off his paws.

Host replied: I wish you would have asked for a hose. There is one right by the large gate you walk through to get into the field. Anyone is always welcome to use it for cooling off or getting something to drink. It’s actually Uber filtered water so it’s fine to refill human wattle bottles as well. There is also chicken wire over the cattle gate and all around every fence part to keep in smaller dogs. Sometimes the chicken wire can be hard to notice with that big steel cattle gate. This is the first Sniffspot we’ve visited since moving to Florida and it did not disappoint. You will need to bring all your own things (chairs, toys, bowls etc.) but the space was great and our five dogs loved it! I would wear close toed shoes and long pants for the bugs though.

This property is gorgeous! The fence is safe and secure and my pups had a great time running around.

We drove from Jacksonville to try something new and had a good time at Magnolia Acres! It was easy to locate and the surrounding Florida farmland provides a lovely ambiance. Parking is very convenient, basically straight from car to gate! As their photos show, this spot is mostly an open field with one nice shade tree near the entrance. Our dogs enjoyed running the fence line and rolling in the sweet grass. This is an especially great space for playing frisbee or chuck-it. Also for training. In my opinion, this is better for medium and large dogs as dogs under 35 lbs could possibly slip through the cattle gate if they wanted. Take your own supplies: water, bowls, poop bags, chairs, and bug spray. There is a hose but we didn’t need it. In the early summer morning, the mosquitos weren’t swarming or even bad, but of course they’re always out there…. This is a fun and safe Sniffspot!
