Description

Delightfully shaded with bench swing out front and chairs everywhere, our 1 fenced acre yard has plenty of places to run, play and explore. There is a garden feel to it; trees and shrubbery everywhere..The kids will love it too- it’s a great yard to go barefoot in, trees to climb and space to throw a ball..

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Wood pile in the side back yard; containers with shed in the middle should be off limits. The entire back has an Areca hedge with vines that might be a hazard. There is a small back area set up for our (8) feral cats, but don’t worry- they flee at the sight of any dog! A very small & determined dog can possibly slip the fence to the outside as the farm fencing has a 6” x 4” wire grid. We have hosted many tiny dogs with our air bnb & no one has escaped yet though.

Additional rules

Kindly pick up after your pet. There is a poop collector leaning against the tree by the apartment for such a task. You can fling the refuse into the field next door, no problem & no plastic bags needed. You are welcome to use the water hose on the side of the house if your pups are water bugs..
