Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. He does his best to stay out of your way, but he works out of the barn adjacent to the Sniffspot and may be going back-and-forth, or may be in the barn with the overhead door wide open. His name is Shane and he's a really nice guy, absolutely loves dogs.

It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets! - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - Please remember to bring water for you and your pets. Large wooden panel fenced back yard. Covered patio, with ceiling fan, gas fire table, and lighting. Swing set with 2 swings and a slide for any children. As well as an in-ground 12 foot trampoline and full size hammock available for use. I just ask for guests to keep dogs off trampoline. Yard is on a hill. After dark, we also have lighting around the entire fence for visibility. No other dogs can be seen. But our neighbor has a small dog that may bark occasionally. That dog is always kept in a small pen, so the dog cannot get even close to our fence. Upon upon request, back door blinds can be drawn for complete privacy. Very quiet neighborhood. Fulled wooded area behind fence. Will consider any other accommodations upon request and will fulfill if I am able.
