Playdates and get togethers (including dog social clubs, events, breed/rescue groups, doggie birthday/gotcha pawtys and dog walkers) are welcome! If you are a larger group, just let me know and we can accommodate you! Perfect for the dogs who are timid or reactive, live in apartments or have small yards, or just aren't a good fit for public dog parks. Great place to work on your training! If you like a lot of shade most of the backyard up to the deck is in the shade in the morning until 9:30 and partial shade after that.🐕 The deck and Pool is fully shaded after 4. There is a hose available on the gate side of the house. The pool is not included but can be added as an extra🌻 Come Play!

Large fully fenced backyard in WPB! We offer seating for the humans (& pups!) along with a pool that starts as shallow as 3 feet and goes up to 6 feet. Humans & dogs are allowed to swim — pool toys included!

Beautiful Pool home with full amenities and large fenced-in yard with pool. Fantastic comfortable furniture to accommodate up to twenty-five people and their best friends for swimming, lounging, and outdoor fun!

Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. I will provide courtesy towels, bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and a citronella candle. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ BLUE TOOTH SPEAKERS - We offer our guests access to our "Tahiti Bluetooth tiki torch" speakers so you can play music while your enjoying your playtime with your pup! Instructions on how to connect are sent via welcome text 2 hours before you arrive. NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard so yes you will be recorded. :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

Large open cleared backyard field. In the very back not much shade, but here are 2 very large trees closer to the back of the house that you pass on the way to the open field. Please only stay within the boundery of my yard despite no fence with my neighbors yard either. Which is to the left of the power pole. Please & thank u!

2 acres of a fully fenced and conveniently located large field. A 1/4 acre pond, plenty of squirrels to chase, and plenty of time to watch ducks in the pond Not guaranteed;). All are welcome. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond and roam without any other dogs or people. We provide necessities as requested and it is a beautiful space. We do love to see all others enjoying our property as we simply cannot enjoy it enough every day. The Bamboo gate appears locked - but it is just to keep it closed. Just walk behind and unlock the chain for the gate. Walk about 200 ft and you'll get to the second gate. And then - let the games begin! Just let us know what you need or expect and we will do our best to accommodate.

Have fun with your dog! Agility is the perfect activity to bond with your dog and expend some energy! Host is an experienced trainer of obedience and agility. If you would like guided session, we are available at $35/half an hour plus cost of course rental. We have hose with nice area to bathe your pup after. We provide towel and organic soap, if needed. Doggy drink station and we provide cold water for the humans. We have a private parking lot. Property is fenced and private. $5 Donated to Amber’s Animal Outreach with every booking!

With a little over an acre of land there is plenty of space for dogs (and humans) to stretch their legs and burn some energy! Our land has trees for shade to hide from the hot sun, toys to play with and a kiddie pool can be filled upon request. Our spot is located on a dead end street, so it’s pretty quiet.
