Day or night pool day with lots of room to run in the grass, fully fenced yard in Ahwatukee/Phoenix

Seeing that it is so hot we offer our yard even after the sun goes down! My yard is .26 acres to be exact. We have a pool that has steps on the side that our dogs use as well as steps leading in and a lounge area in the water that you can relax on. Yes you can swim with your pups! Our pool does not go any deeper than about 5 feet as a safety feature. We ask that if you bring kids that cannot swim to please inform us after you book. The pool also can be lit up at night (you can choose from a white light or color changing mode). Our patio lights light up the backyard as well. There’s lots of room to play frisbee or ball with your pup in the yard and if you don’t want to get wet we do have seating by the pool as well as shaded seating on the patio! Feel free to bring your speaker and have fun! Additional info: unfortunately the slide is cracked and cannot be used.

We have a 5ft deep large play pool with a stair entrance and a low bench seat on each side. Balls and toys provided to throw in the pool and have some awesome splashdowns into the water! Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!
