55Really cool spot with a nice river/creek. If you are looking for a smaller area for swimming. And then the hill has some good hiking up if you are looking to really tire out your pup. Our dogs loved it and got out plenty of energy.
55Goose and I had a blast here! It’s definitely not a ‘walk in the park’ sniff spot but if you like climbing and adventuring you can have fun here. We made it all the way to the top and then I came home with a very tired pup! The house is close to a road, so just be cautious letting your dog off leash if their recall isn’t great.
25Most of the listed acreage is moderately wooded and extremely steep so it’s borderline inaccessible. My fit field golden retriever really struggled on the hills, as did I. There may be trails to make it easier but if there are they were under heavy leaves and not marked. The small creek was mostly dry, but I can see this as a good spot in the summer when the creek is flowing and you aren’t looking for your dog to run and explore. If you are hoping to get out on some acreage though and have your dog run free, there are far safer and better options out there.
