55A great spot!
55Great space for my dog to run in. Very clean!
55Thank you! we had a great time
55Easy to find, large, well kept
55Easy private access into backyard. Perfect amount of room and the pup was so happy! Hosts left water and food bowl out and two chairs on covered patio. Lola was very happy!
35I only brought my dog, not my mom’s also, as originally planned. Was glad for that since the first 10 minutes was my dog running up and down the fence of the neighbors to the south, who have two dogs who bark and lunge through a couple of gaps in black sheeting on their side of a chain link fence. My dog saw that as a game. The neighbors at first adjusted the gaps and called their dogs, but eventually put their dogs inside. That should be flagged in the description for reactive dogs re likelihood of encountering distractions seen/heard from spot. Also, it’s maybe .2 acres, not 1. I wasn’t sure where the trash can was, so took poop bag with me when I left. Owner did send entry instructions after I messaged a couple of hours before visit. She left a bottle of water for me and dog treats on a chair below the upper deck. From the pictures, I wasn’t aware that my dog could go upstairs to the upper deck.
15This could be a great spot for those that live in East Nashville with more direction on where to enter. I didn’t see trash can, water bowls, etc which would normally indicate a sniff spot so we didn’t end up letting our dogs out. Also - it’s .25 acre at best, not an acre as advertised. Reached out twice before booked time and had zero response from host.
55Great spot right in east! Enjoyed our romp. Host was very kind!
55Wonderful spot with shade and tons to sniff!

Host replied: There are a couple of friendly dogs next door. The fence has black sheeting material to block viewing of dogs through fence. The neighbors dogs are not often outside but may be occasionally. The house on the left side has no dogs. I adjusted lot size in description to specific parameters of acreage.

Host replied: I communicated with Susan prior to her arrival giving instructions to park in driveway and enter gate located directly in front. I placed water bowls on steps of deck which perhaps she did not see, along with chair, lunchbox filled with a water bottle for her, snacks, dog treats and poop bags. East Nashville Paw Paradise is about an acre as advertised.

Stack discounts! The savings add up! 👍 We hope you will visit Nashville's very first Sniffspot and the most popular Sniffspot in middle Tennessee to this day! Read on for details … we love sharing our secret place! This Sniffspot is very conveniently located in southeast Nashville, 20 minutes from downtown, right near Bell Rd/Nolensville Rd between the Hickory Hollow pkwy/Tanger Outlets i24 and Bell Rd exits and the Brentwood i65 Old Hickory Blvd exit. An idyllic setting offers 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities like playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend consider walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. 7Acres Challenge: See if you can find the hidden steps! A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine!
