About the property: 4 acres are completely fenced with square goat fencing. Please keep this in mind if you have smaller dogs such as Chihuahuas. 1.5 acres of peaceful wooded area with groomed walking trails for exploring. Please be aware that, as with any natural wooded environment, there may be uneven ground, tree roots, sticks, fallen branches, rocks, insects, and other natural outdoor hazards. A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced

Some area of trails may be extra wet and there is a seasonal swamp in middle of woods. Just a reminder always check for ticks! * please also check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all.
