“My dogs will be kept away from windows and in the house while you are here. No other dogs can be seen from our yard, however, our neighbor 2 houses to the north have a dog that you can occasionally hear when she barks, it is very rare but possible. Our neighbors to the immediate north and south do not have any pets.”

“This is a very quiet, peaceful and respectful neighborhood. It is possible for our neighbors to be out on their deck or in their yard. Due to the height of the decks, it is possible you & your dog could see them out and about. The 6' privacy fence really helps to minimize the possibility though!”

Description

6 foot privacy fence to the north and south to minimize if not eliminate all interaction with neighbors. And a thoughtfully place 6 foot black chain-link fence to the west with no neighbors and a beautiful view of the country. A comfortable sitting area out of the sun and inclement weather where you can watch your dog(s) play! Even an outlet if you need to charge your device or maybe you want to bring a fan on a hot day!

HOST NOTE

The upper deck is NOT included in the Sniffspot reservation. Please do NOT come up the deck stairs. The stairs will be gated off. The yard does have a drain with a grate over it and there is another drain on the north fence line. My dogs have never had an issue but if you have a very small dog you'll want to be aware of that. Please use caution or let me know ahead of time and I can put up a temporary x-pen fence around the drain area.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
