Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Welcome to Pawsitively zen!🐾 A private 1 acre off -leash oasis for your fur-babies to run and sniff around in a fully fenced and safe environment. Perhaps they’re feeling adventurous for some laps in our refreshing pool!💦🐾 Or maybe a good old fetch..catch..repeat🙌 🏀 We’ve also added an all new agility training area where you can practice commands. For my awesome PAWrents..Enjoy our complimentary hot cocoa/ coffee bar ☕️ along with our complimentary snacks and stocked fridge with refreshing drinks. And for our puppers we have delicious puppuccino cups , doggy treats and toys🐾🎾😋 Unwind and recharge in any of our shaded seating areas and tree swings 🧘🏻‍♀️ Feeling artsy? Fur baby paradise.

5 acres with trails, a creek, dirt, mud, tall grass hills mountains, partially fenced but very private. Definitely wild life around. Squirrels, bunnies, quail, roadrunners, hawks, falcons, ducks, ravens, etc.

Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest. Come have some fun in our heated salt water pool. Heating available for an additional charge-24 hour notice required during the colder months

Located in Wildwood Canyon, with a large fully fenced area for fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. If you are looking for a state park like experience with tons of trees and beautiful scenery, you will really enjoy this sniffspot. It is perfect for large and small dog breeds. Be prepared for your pup to explore and run around. If your fur baby needs water after so much exploring/running, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We have fur babies of our own who love their yard and highly recommend it. One chihuahua (Penny-Lane), two saint bernards (Athena Marie and Diesel Train) and a malamute (Odin Bear), who are always in the house during a sniffspot reservation.

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just north of the residence driveway.  A quick call to me ~ 909-234-2072 ~ when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot Sign 🪧 at the back of the entrance acre.  The entrance gate is to the right of the Sniffspot Sign. Close the gate tightly behind you when you enter. And be sure to close the gate tightly behind you upon your departure. I also request you give me a quick text upon your departure. Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig, as do many of our Sniffspot pups! We try to fill in holes every few days, BUT, PLEASE be extremely cautious of any holes. If we hadn't had time to fill them in, we usually will put a tall stick straight up right in the middle of the hole to help you determine where they may be. But because we are a farm, and this is one of our extra acre fields, there may be slight dips here and there. So agreeing to this reservation is a full and complete release of liability, so please don't fall! So far so good, fingers crossed, nobody has yet.😊🌻 There may be foxtails at edges of some fencing. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible, discourage your pups from pouncing on the enclosed chicken run fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Pups get a pass the first few times until their humans can train them not to do it. Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time they are enjoying the dog run acre : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor 🐈cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field 🐁 mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) There are three horses on a separate enclosed acre to the north of the dog run acre. The dark brown male is 🐎Shake, tan one is 🐴Classy, and the black and white one is 🐴Gypsy. And again, please thank you for discouraging the dogs from jumping on that fence. It has never been an issue in the past so just a reminder :-) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers 🌻 starting around December 1st - June 15th, and dry/brown July 1st -November🏜. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round, and have received wonderful reviews whether it was the dry, hotter summer months, or the green, cooler winter months! We have an automatic water spicket 🚰 for the pups, tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on left, spicket sticking out through fence.  There will be several chairs 🪑set up in front of the chicken coop, with table, chairs and table umbrella, and additionally a small table w/☂️umbrella provided under the pine trees. Bring drinks, snacks, toys, and enjoy! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m.  We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags!  Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.🗑 Please note that we do have security cameras placed in various positions around property, including at the sniff spot! We have caught many a coyote, Mountain lion, dogs and bobcats wandering around the chicken coop on these cameras and have been able to shew them away several times through the speakers! Enjoy! We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs.
