Not only the use of our private backyard, but you and your dog(s) and ONE guest have the option to swim in our beautiful sparkling refreshing saltwater swimming pool for an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit! Sign up for this option under the "EXTRAS" section. There are less expensive Sniffspots in Orlando you can visit, but none of them offer the amenities that Pepper's Backyard And Pool does. No other Sniffspot in Orlando offers you, your dog(s) and ONE guest the opportunity for you and your dog(s) to swim together. Make your reservation now! Fully fenced in large backyard for your dog(s) to run around and play in. This spot is perfect for any dog but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shephard and Wolf. Unfortunately he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s) and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s) and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the neighbor's fence and do not take toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A Guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

Doggie Paradise!! Lots of wildlife smells with more than a half acre of fenced in grass to explore. Located on a lake so birds galore! Sit poolside or under the covered patio and watch your dog be entertained! We are happy to have you and your pup use the pool. However, please be considerate of others and give your pet a good brushing to minimize hair. We hope you enjoy our little oasis in downtown Orlando!

Welcome to Muddy's! This park is a 1/2 acre lakefront lot in a quiet neighborhood with a 6ft vinyl privacy fence. This property is completely separate from our home and is not a backyard, giving you and your pups a completely private experience! As guest's to other local SniffSpot locations, we loved how nice it was to have a private dog park experience and avoid the craziness of public dog parks! So we decided to create our own private dog park for our own 2 dogs, and would love to share it with your dogs as well! Whether your pups want to play fetch, run through the agility course, or go for a swim, they are sure to have an absolute blast enjoying the various amenities during their visit! While your pups play, you can enjoy the relaxing lakefront view while laying on the hammock or having some lunch at the picnic table. You may even see some various wildlife such as woodpecker's, otter's, ducks and more! Although this property is lakefront, we found that our guest's prefer the option in allowing their pups lake access or not. We installed a short silt fence around the shoreline that is easily bypassed if you wish to let your pups do so! This option will keep your pups from getting too filthy on those days that you don't feel like bathing them or cleaning your car! We cant wait to add even more amenities in the future. Private gated 3 acre lakefront dog park located 5 minutes from downtown Orlando. Lounge out in one of 10 hammocks while your dog explores the giant penisula, or hop in the water with your dog in our newly made wading beach! 10 individual bonfire pits and 1 large communal fire pit. Indoor bathrooms available in my 6500sq ft home used like a clubhouse, pool table and shuffleboard table in our gameroom, full bar. 100ft dock and kayak/canoe rentals for as little as $10 a day. 10 minute paddle to a private island with a white sandy beach and the most beautiful view of the downtown skyline in Orlando! This paradise will be you and your dogs new home in no time!

5 fenced in acres for your pup to have the run of. Within the property there is also 4 fenced pastures. 2 grass 2 dirt. As well as a GGT footing arena with Jumps you can have fun with your pup in if they like to jump. Small kiddie pool to take a dip. We do have horses but they will be in the barn during your visit. Couch/chairs on shaded porch for you to relax on during your visit. Drinks/snacks. Human and pup available. There is also a wash spot with towels to dry them off if you want to before getting back in your car. Located at dead end on peaceful street in beautiful Montverde just 10 minutes from Winter Garden and 25 min from. Downtown Orlando

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.
