Special requests for play days when we have irrigation days if your pup wants to run and play in a flooded yard estimated 1-14 inches deep. DM me for more details. We are open 4am - 10:30pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun.
