Description

Beautiful fully fenced in yard, well maintained and mowed weekly in the mountains of Port Matilda, surrounded by State game lands. There are woods as well within the fence for your dogs to explore. Some agility equipment is out. We encourage you to exercise caution if you decide to play on it. Toys, pooper scooper, poop bags, trash can, water bowl with water provided.

HOST NOTE

This is a 3 acre property on top of a mountain..there is woods as part of the fenced in area so just like a hike in the woods, there is potential for sticks, mushrooms, fallen trees, snow can get deep or slippery, wild critters can not be ruled out. From Jan through March, I highly suggest contacting me to give you an update on the snow/ice conditions on driveway and yard

Please try to keep your dogs away from the front yard and house. The back yard and field are all yours. Keep gate closed at all times. Please divert your dog if they are avidly digging in the yard ..they are welcome to dig in the woods. Pick up after your dogs. Please don't allow your dogs to pee on the agility equipment.

I am the happy owner of 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I live on 3.3 acres surrounded by State game lands. I am a positive reinforcement dog trainer and enjoy dog sports such as agility, barn hunt, nosework, fast CAT , trick training and rally with my pups. Hoping to give dogs who don't have the opportunity to explore and roam a safe, fun venue to do so
