We have a fully fenced backyard with lots of trees and bushes to sniff a sandbox and playset for the kiddos and a deck with patio chairs for the pet owners to relax.

So 10 bucks you clean up after your dog. We do have teenagers eager to make some money so for an extra tip or whatever you can leave your dogs mess and he will take care of it. Will have little flags at gate entrance and if you want to pay us to take care of mess please stick a flag marker at any spots your dog poops at please to ensure we nor any other pup owners has to get a surprise on them. Welcome to my home ~4 Acre Dog Farm~ away from the city, but not too far! This sniff spot is not fully fenced in. The space is huge and I haven't had any issues with my dogs running off. About 3 sides are fenced in and there isn't a lot of traffic on the road. **Please note: the neighbor along the back of the field has a gate that is sometimes open. Their dog cannot get out of their yard because he is on an invisible fence. He is outside about 50% of the time. If your dog is reactive, and does not have good recall, PLEASE stay away from the back corner. I don't want guest dogs entering my neighbors yard and attacking their dog. If your dog is friendly towards other dogs and happens to wonder through the back gate - It's not a big deal. Bobby is a friendly Golden Retriever.

Sapphire Point is an unfenced, private, 10 acres with excellent mountain views, hiking trails, and seasonal creek. The private residence onsite is Sapphire Point Farm and is surrounded by a 5' tall fence. The grounds outside of the fenced area consists of uninterrupted forest land with views of Cornelius Pass, Sauvie Island, and Washington. Hiking the slopes can be a workout, so don't forget that every step downhill will eventually be a step uphill on your return trip. The three primary trails are marked with pink ribbons for easy navigation. Elk and deer regularly pass through. The Elk Pass Trail has a small fort, with a bench for two. In the spring the nesting birds will sing you endless songs. In the summer the trails are lined with many eatable berries, and with a keen eye you can snack along the way. In the fall sounds of Elk bugling and geese flying over head are the norm. The winter, though sometimes muddy, feeds a very babbly brook that always has something to say and is the perfect destination for a first time visitor.

Over 20 fir trees + other trees on this expansive lot in Beaverton. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, bark chips, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. In the process of becoming a "Certified Backyard Habitat" by the Audubon Society. I will be adding more native plants & trees to encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Hose, water bowl, & balls/toys are available for dogs. Please make sure the hose is shut off when you leave. Bench & chairs for use. Picnic table shaded by trees. Cornhole available, Cornhole beanbags in bin under deck. Just ensure beanbags don't get chewed on by your pup. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. Plastic bags available to pick up messes, you can place bags in trash (blue bucket.) Deck/stairs, trampoline & fire pit off limit at this time. Stay tuned for updates.

This flag lot yard, previously a plant nursery, has a secluded feel. The fenced area is a .54 acre. For smaller dogs we would recommend using half this space in our separately fenced backyard only. While the entire property is securely enclosed, the driveway gate does have a small bottom gap that could aid the exit of smaller escape artists. We have several sweet neighboring dogs that have visibility to the back yard. These furry neighbors have never shown agression toward dogs on the property. We would ask that your dog have a similar temperament out of respect for these families. Happy to accommodate any needs of visitors as best we can. Please reach out for any specific requests. Property sits at the end of a dead end road which makes the area very private, quiet and peaceful. We truly love it here and we hope you do too 💜

We have 10+ acers with both lawn and some wooded areas. Both slopped and flat lawns surrounded by forest and trees. It is a great place to wear out even the most energetic of dogs. The property is completely private and not viewable from our neighbors. We have a smaller fenced yard off the house that you are welcome to use as well as the rest of the area is not fenced. Parking at both the top near the house and at the bottom of the field if you prefer. Garbage is available as well as bags for clean up, pooper scoopers (near the top parking), treats and balls for fetch. If you pup isn't ready for off leash play I have long leads and training leashes in several lengths up to 100ft that can be arranged prior to your visit. I generally keep to myself and let you have use of the area unless you have requested otherwise. I will gladly show you around if I am available. Just please try to set this up in advance as I work from home and would need to arrange this around my schedule. There is a trail not far from our driveway, it is not well maintained and has a steep incline but if your wanting something more challenging than a run through the fields it will deliver. It is also not well known about. Great place to get away from everyone else trying to get away :) There are many wild animals on the property but during the daytime its mostly just birds and bunnies.
