55Really cool property with tons of space for my dogs to run. We got pretty wet & muddy but that was part of the fun! Sequoia was very helpful when I had trouble finding the location. We will definitely be back!
55Loved it beautiful scenery and a got lucky the sun was shining. My boys enjoyed getting muddy and exploring this new spot! they were intrigued by all the ducks! Definitely will be back. Highly recommend waterproof boots! The host was extremely friendly and helpful!
55This is a really large and beautiful Sniffspot! Bring your tall boots as there’s a lot of water on the ground in the winter in some areas, but it didn’t stop my dogs from having a great time! We loved it. The host was also friendly abdominal responsive to questions.
55This is a beautiful, interesting Sniffspot! The dogs had a great time romping in the water, trees and enjoying all that open space.
55Beautiful spot with tons of space to explore and run!! Creeks, ponds, and lots of tall grasses - great spot for retrieving practice and scent work. Was very wet when we went - recommend at least mid-calf waterproof boots or waders if you’d prefer to stay dry!
55Had a great time!
15I have never left a bad review on Sniffspot and wouldn’t have if the owner would have refunded. Entrance is not marked whatsoever and is not only off a busy winding road (hard to get out of and easy to get rear ended) but it’s also steep, slippery and required me putting my 4Runner in 4wd. I was so incredibly uncomfortable that I was even in the right place and also that I would get stuck because of the other MAJOR issue: It is all flooded. Everywhere. There was about 0.4 acres where it seemed almost dry but with water everywhere else I also didnt trust. We tried to walk across the marsh but my feet were sinking even before where I saw running water across the only way to a pasture. Owner was responsive throughout but this was a total fail and shouldnt be listed in winter or access should be at the barn which is a quarter mile away and doesnt have a gate and steep muddy, flooded entrance. I understand it rains in Washington in winter but nowhere in the description did it say you need waders and tall boots to get to land your dog can run on - IF you can find the drive and if you dont get stuck. Sorry to hit you with this review, but a refund would have let you address these issues without dragging the score down.
55This property was incredible! My two large dogs absolutely loved it. It is easily my favorite Sniffspot! It has an agility course, acres to roam, water, and more. We will be returning!

Host replied: I’m sorry to hear that the conditions weren’t up to par. It was January in Washington and my farm is located in a wetlands. People drive up and down this driveway just fine. I’d like to note that you messaged me to book during a time that I had blocked off because I wasn’t home, and let you come anyways. I spent about 25 minutes of my hike texting with you back and forth about the location and even drove there to meet you there only to find that you left my gate wide open, when it is clearly written in the instructions to close all gates because this is a horse farm. You never asked for a refund. And honestly I probably wouldn’t have given you one anyways because many people have been here in the same January Washington weather / conditions and never expected a refund.
