55Great space!
55I've been back a couple of times since my first review, and Corsair and I continue to love this place, it's clean and very private. All you can see on most sides are woods or a shed, no passers-by making you feel awkward or distracting your dog. I haven't heard the neighbour dog at all. As the host said, it's contained and nowhere in sight, so this is only a note about the very small (maybe 1 minute) of barking that I heard on my first visit. P.S. if your dog likes Puller rings, there's more than enough room to make full use of the toy, and a very gentle slope to the ground that makes for some really fun chases! Corsair likes to grab the ring and do a full lap around the yard to build up speed for the return to me!
55Lovely space, clean, with lush grass and plenty of room for my big working line GSD to run. There's seating in the yard and on the deck, so it was easy to keep an eye on him. It's tucked back away from the road, too, so people walking their dogs or driving by can't be seen at all. We did hear the neighbour dog for about 20 seconds (out of the entire hour), but he was out of sight and clearly not near the fence. Not worth worrying about at all unless you have a REALLY intense fence-fighter or large breed fence-jumper with reactivity. (My dog has been attacked in the past and he developed reactivity as a result, so I say this from a place of familiarity. I really do feel safe visiting here!)
55My puppy Scout had a great time exploring and running through the yard! The yard is well maintained and fully fenced, I wasn't worried about my dog attempting to jump the shorter part of the fence. I will definitely be back to let my dog enjoy some off leash fun!
55Very cute yard. Fence is not fully secure my one dog could probably jump it. A small dog could get thru a hole in the back corner. But it’s very quiet no other animals can be seen so my dogs had to want to jump the fence. I will be back again for sure :)
55Riley had a great time exploring and running free in this beautiful yard. We live in an apartment so he doesn’t get the chance to do that often. Thanks for providing such a beautiful and peaceful spot!
55Great idea for dog owners without a fenced-in yard. My dog loved it and we will be back! Overall excellent experience.
55Perfect large enclosed yard for our puppy to run free without any risk escaping or injury. Great thick grass and exercise for our puppy. we plan to return soon.
55Nice and beautiful backyard
55My pups loved this because there were so many rocks and textures to sniff 😂 The fence is a little bit shorter than 3 feet in some areas, so be aware, but there was enough space to play that my dogs weren’t tempted to hop over it. Also - the host does allow pet parents to sit on the deck, which is nice, but there’s also a seating area out in the grassy space. There are two German shepherds that live next door, that came out VERY briefly. They showed curiosity but we’re not aggressive/mean. They were out for maybe 3 minutes, and my reactive pup got over it very quickly because of the leaves and rocks around to sniff. there’s no way of them getting into the yard, or within 15/20 feet of your dog. There’s barriers on both side which also blocks the view of the dogs too! The neighbor heard my reactive girl going a little crazy and was very attentive to her dogs and brought them inside. My dogs are 25 and 22lbs each, and 7 months old, so not huge, and they had plenty of space to lose their minds for a bit. Parking is also excellent!! You essentially pull right up to the yard.

Host replied: Thank you for sharing the kind thoughts on our space, Raile. We are glad to share our yard and the bit of serenity it brings with you and your sweet pup! 😊 A bonus note about the neighbor's dogs: they are kept in their space, and a good 10'+ away from our fence, via an invisible fence. Just wanted to share for added peace-of-mind. As always, come back anytime!

Host replied: Hi Shelby, thanks for the 5 star review -- glad your pups had a good time! You're correct, the iron fence is shorter than our chain link at ~3ft at the lowest spike as in the description. Nice to know our yard keeps dogs calm so they're not tempted to hop! As for the fence gap, thanks for bringing to our attention that the gate for getting our riding lawnmower in/out of the yard was a tad misaligned at the base. We will be more mindful it's positioned correctly after mowing. Rest assured, the miniature dachshunds that come by have not escaped. Thanks again!

Host replied: Thank you for the kind rating, Mara! We’re so happy you and both of your pups' visit at Zada Oasis went well. 😊 We appreciate you bringing the fence height to our attention and have adjusted our listing to less than 3'. You are all welcome back anytime!
