Zada Oasis - a little slice of heaven on the edge of Rochester Hills, Troy, and Auburn Hills. Relax to the sound of our neighbor's bubbling pond and feel like you truly enter your own private world in this space. In addition to our fully fenced-in backyard, we also own the woods behind. They are an option to adventure through if you'd like to keep your pup(s) leashed. Please keep in mind this additional wooded area is not fenced in, and would only be walkable during the dry season. Message me if you're interested in our firepit or hose amenities so that they can be prepped for you!

Riley had a great time exploring and running free in this beautiful yard. We live in an apartment so he doesn’t get the chance to do that often. Thanks for providing such a beautiful and peaceful spot!

Host replied: Thanks for sharing, Jill. We're so glad to hear Riley and you had a great time! You're both welcome back whenever 😊

Great idea for dog owners without a fenced-in yard. My dog loved it and we will be back! Overall excellent experience.

Host replied: We're glad you both enjoyed your time at Zada Oasis, James! Thanks for taking the time to review our space, hope to see you two again soon.

Perfect large enclosed yard for our puppy to run free without any risk escaping or injury. Great thick grass and exercise for our puppy. we plan to return soon.

Host replied: Heidi, we are so glad you all enjoyed the space! Thanks for sharing your experience, you're all welcome back to train anytime.

My pups loved this because there were so many rocks and textures to sniff 😂 The fence is a little bit shorter than 3 feet in some areas, so be aware, but there was enough space to play that my dogs weren’t tempted to hop over it. Also - the host does allow pet parents to sit on the deck, which is nice, but there’s also a seating area out in the grassy space. There are two German shepherds that live next door, that came out VERY briefly. They showed curiosity but we’re not aggressive/mean. They were out for maybe 3 minutes, and my reactive pup got over it very quickly because of the leaves and rocks around to sniff. there’s no way of them getting into the yard, or within 15/20 feet of your dog. There’s barriers on both side which also blocks the view of the dogs too! The neighbor heard my reactive girl going a little crazy and was very attentive to her dogs and brought them inside. My dogs are 25 and 22lbs each, and 7 months old, so not huge, and they had plenty of space to lose their minds for a bit. Parking is also excellent!! You essentially pull right up to the yard.

Host replied: Thank you for the kind rating, Mara! We’re so happy you and both of your pups' visit at Zada Oasis went well. 😊 We appreciate you bringing the fence height to our attention and have adjusted our listing to less than 3'. You are all welcome back anytime!
