Bart's Private Dog Park oasis In University City

This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard). Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag can, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please (currently the sun sail is not being used per the city requests). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 2 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party or larger social meetup, please contact us. In the heart of the county, this spot is right off of Gravois, super easy to find and a great yard for your dog to run around and play! We have dog toys that we encourage you to use and a fresh water bowl! If you need any special accommodations just text me!

We have 1.25 acres near beautiful downtown, Kirkwood! We have an interior yard and a larger area outback with parking. There’s sheltered seating, water, bowl, dog, toys, and poop bags with accessible trashcan. We also have a pot towel hanging out. Please always let me know if you have any questions! We basically have 2 yards it seems most dogs appreciate the outer yard beyond the driveway the most! 

Gated and Chain link fenced. Puppy bags and trash can provided. Indoor Restroom available. Accommodating host. Chairs Small dog pool Waste bags provided Bottled water for humans or dogs. No pit bulls please. Lush grass 100 foot run that the dogs love to race up and down. Dogs must not be left unattended. Pet sitting available for additional fee. Off street parking.

I love dogs and work at home. Fully fenced big yard to play in and deck as well.

Feel free to let your dog run about. Secure area. Feel free to use anything in the backyard including the trampoline.
