Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Luanne’s backyard was very clean and peaceful. The fencing was secure enough for my 65 pound pittie. Water, treats and toys were provided. An overall very enjoyable experience.

    Clean and partially shaded, which was nice because Coco got tired and just wanted to lay in the shade. Luanne also supplied a chicken treat for us too! For those who may have reactive dogs, you can hear another dog in another yard but can’t see them.

    What an amazing host and a great yard! It’s a beautiful patio oasis and a big flat yard with lots of room to run and play! There is also a nice seating area and plenty of shade. We even saw a hummingbird at the feeder. There were toys and Luanne and her pups even left a treat and personal note for Ruby ( which we totally forgot to give her but thank you anyway, Luanne!). We’ll definitely be back!

    Great space! Had everything we needed. Was perfect for me and Cooper! Love the patio and chairs and all the bird feeders too. Luanne was a great host and very kind!

I have a huge fenced in back yard. two sides of the property have a 6ft privacy fence and one side has a chain link fence. Lots of good smells from my own dog and other wildlife for your pups! There’s a fire pit your welcome to use and some chairs :) MJ and smoking friendly ( buds must be disposed of in fire pit or trash can) No need to clean up after your dog I got this!

This is a privately owned empty residential lot. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep them clean). A pet waste station is available along with a trash receptacle and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. Donations are accepted via Venmo @firstresponderhandyman - to help offset the cost of poop bags, trash, etc (please keep in mind SniffSpot does take 25% of your paid price).
