Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD For now my spot is an open concept. If you are okay with your dog/s roaming the land and finding all sorts of different plant life around (the odd wild turkey etc but not often!) then this spot is for you! We also live nearby Cassidy Lake, a popular summertime attraction for swimming and fishing. You could enjoy yourself at the lake and have your dog here (about 6 min drive away) with me!

I am new to this, but I live in the country about 15 mins outside of Sussex on 7.9 acres of land. I guesstimate about 3 acres is more cleared and the dogs can roam around. I do not have many neighbours but there is one home nextdoor. They also have a dog but she stays close to home. I have an almost 1 year old pit bull who likes to play with other dogs. If you have any questions or special requests, please let me know! I’d like to open my land up for others to use and learn how to best care for your specific animals, so please tell me anything that can help me help you and vice versa. Thanks!

The spot of the property the dogs will be using has two large fields to run and play freely in with a nice pond there they can enjoy as well :) and if you enjoy hiking you will love this spot , addition to the fields and pond we have hiking trails all through our woods that also have sections with fields that are beautiful and are 100% private , however if you and your dog enjoy socializing one of our hiking trails goes all the out to the public swimming hole Murdox! It’s a great spot to come and enjoy quality time with your fur babies without restrictions and enjoy the beauty of nature!
