Description

5 acre bare paddock, fenced with traditional sheep netting (about 900mm height). Currently the paddock is about 8acres and leads right around our house but we plan on adjusting it in the future to make it more private. The paddock is dry grass, hedges on the outer boundary of the property. There is a water race running through BUT it’s up to you to get info on the water quality or judge its quality BEFORE letting your dog in / drink from it. Please don’t let them dig in the water race . If they dig somewhere on the paddock please try to fill the hole again to prevent injury to other dogs running around the paddock.

Additional rules

Please introduce yourself and dog to me via message :) We live on site which is fenced off. There is also another unit with a tenant on site too but fenced off on the same piece as the house. We are often out so happy to have people enjoy the big paddock while we are out or inside the house. Please be considerate. No excessive barking, we do have neighbours behind the hedges. You will sometimes hear neighbours dogs barking or sheep. Our tenant works from home and is usually around so again. Please don’t let your dog bark like crazy. Watch out for grass seeds and judging the water quality of the little water race is entirely your responsibility! Please remove any waste.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We are an established Dog boarding and daycare facility near Rolleston. We are trialling an after hours access facility for private bookings. We have 2 areas - our agility park paddock and our waterpark area. Each are limited to 1hr bookings after 4.30pm daily. In addition We have a 1hr slot between 1.30-2.30pm daily. Access for both spaces is via our daycare gate which is camera monitored. Dogs on lead is essential until you enter the space booked. Please note. To access the pond area you need to enter via agility. Please have consideration for any guests using that area, with good communication when coming through.
