Please keep this in mind if you have smaller dogs such as Chihuahuas. 1.5 acres of peaceful wooded area with groomed walking trails for exploring. Please be aware that, as with any natural wooded environment, there may be uneven ground, tree roots, sticks, fallen branches, rocks, insects, and other natural outdoor hazards. A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced
