Not hard to find, but hard to figure out where to go once on the property. No clear property boundaries. No water out, but not a problem for us. The partial fence contained the farm animals. No fencing available for off leash time. The farm animals were friendly and trusting. This spot is fantastic for exposure to other animals; the goats, donkeys, and the black pot belly pig were not scared away by barking. It's also good for on leash training with distractions, as the farm animals follow you as you walk the perimeter of their fenced in enclosure.
This property is not great for off leash. Be aware also, that it's connected to a roofing company and that there is some construction debris to pass through.
Pro-tip: plan on stopping by a dog bathing station immediately following a visit to this location if it has recently rained. My pup loved the mud puddles a lot :) We left early to have time for a bath on the way home.
Will be back, but book half hour time slots. The farm animals are very useful for desensitization training.
