Welcome to our fully fenced, just-over-a-quarter-acre yard—perfect for dogs who love to sniff, zoom, and explore! The yard is enclosed with a classic Kentucky three-rail split fence reinforced with chicken wire to help keep pups safely contained. While the fence is secure for most dogs, small or particularly wiggly pups should be supervised closely, as there are a few narrow spots they could potentially slip through. The yard offers plenty of natural shade from mature trees, making it a comfortable spot for play even on warmer days. After heavy rain, some muddy areas may appear along the fence line—ideal for puddle-lovers, but a heads-up for tidy paws! Bonus Features: Portable dog agility equipment available—great for active dogs or pups who love a challenge! Peaceful neighborhood atmosphere with friendly neighbors and pups next door (you might spot Barnaby the doodle or Lola the pom through the fence). Ample space for fetch, lounging, or off-leash play in a safe and relaxing setting. Whether your dog wants to sprint or sniff, this backyard offers a mix of excitement and calm. Come enjoy a peaceful play session under the trees!

Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is. There are chickens in our neighbors yard to the right side and blocked off best we can.
