If we receive 24-hours notice we can provide a far superior experience (water for humans, as well as the pups; let you know if you'll have access to a restroom, if you can park in the driveway or not, etc) We prefer communication in order to make your visit comfy. When we are home, we would like to meet you. We are happy to give you access to our restroom, as well as walk you through the outdoor TV. Our Casa, Your Casa. We reiterate to clean up after your pups due to kiddos using our yard to play in as well :-) HUGS Y'ALL

We recently put our oldest pup down and it's a shame to see this yard go to waste. Enjoy a quiet place to sit and read while your pup enjoys runnin' amok! We know it's community guidelines to clean up. We ask that you be super diligent about it, as we have kiddos that play in our yard. We even provide bags! Hope you enjoy the space as much as we do 😊

Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house! When you arrive the first time, simply text me thrive the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around! Hope to meet you and pup soon.
