You and your furry family members can enjoy a peaceful, large, open paddock, and 1 acre pasture with shade trees, a pond, and fresh water for pups. There is SO much to see and smell at RichKat Ranch! Please note that the North and East pasture fences are wrought iron with spacing that could allow a puppy/small dog to pass through (toy breeds or those such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, etc). Fully fenced in back yard with plenty of room for them to run, trees and bushes with squirrels and many things to look at and chase. Connected to a park where they can look out at and if you would like you can take them out into the open field there as well.

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence for additional entertainment. I understand you may be looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. I do have a hound so please let me know if I need to keep him out of sight!

In the Park Cities, Uptown and central Dallas areas it is hard to find dog parks that aren’t muddy or over crowded, making it nerve-racking for small or shy dogs. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. 1 acre fenced lot. Plenty of shade and sun. Humans can sit on the back porch or in the shade in the wooded area. Water bowl for your pup is provided. There is a rail fence in the front and also some spots around the perimeter that a small dog could squeeze through - yard is more suitable for large or medium dogs.

Come to relax and enjoy! I am pleased to provide you and your pup with water, treats, some tennis balls, and a beautiful shaded yard. I have a screened in patio, you're welcome to sit and relax. Otherwise, I have folded chairs you can take outside, should you wish. Please note, I do not have lighting at night, so I would not recommend making a reservation that concludes later than 6:15PM.
