Description

We are a private home business on a shared property of 28 acres. We are not fenced but are pushed farther back on the property for privacy. You have access to our walking trail, which leads back to a pond and creek several acres behind our house. Your dog is welcome to run, Sniff and play as much as they want. We provide treats, snacks, leashes, and even an outdoor grooming tub to rinse off your furry friend after your playtime adventure. Towels also provided. We have a small outdoor run in case you need to house one of your pets while you visit us. You will also have access to water, electricity, and don't hesitate to make use of our hammock, outdoor furniture, and fire pit! Trash cans, dog bags, dog treats, human snacks and drinks will also be available. While we don't have a "public" restroom, someone will usually always be on site. Just knock - we promise we don't bite! If you're interested in training, boarding, or professional grooming, we do all of it! You can schedule an appointment with us at 682-229-8023 We offer house-call, on site, and pick up/drop off grooming. We offer group training classes in Azle every other Wednesday and Saturday at 6 PM in Azle. Our yard is decorated with warm, bright lights that guarantee you won't have a problem seeing as you take your furry friend out to stretch and potty. Our property is our relaxing, quiet, and beautiful safe haven. All extra transactions will be done pre-arrival and on our honor system. We ask that everybody please clean up after their pets, use our trash cans and respect the honor system. HOST NOTE

Since we are on a fair amount of wild acreage, the risk of wild animals is always present. You must stay aware of potential snakes, hogs, deer, skunks, coyotes, and other wild woodland animals. The trails are not frequented by many visitors other than us. We have areas of dried creek that go down between 8-15 ft. We recommend that you keep your dog leashed and ask that you please stay within the parameters of the yard. Since we are on shared property, others have access to the trails and surrounding property.

Please do not park in the middle of the yard, signs for parking will be provided. When you arrive, please text me at 682-229-8023. Waste bags, poop scoops and trash cans are provided, please do not leave anything behind but your footprints! If you need anything at all, just text 682-229-8023 and we will be happy to accommodate!

Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house! When you arrive the first time, simply text me thrive the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around! Hope to meet you and pup soon.

We have just around a 1 acre fenced in backyard in west Weatherford! Stay at home dog mom of four, three are currently with me, but we will remain inside out of sight and out of mind during your scheduled play time! (Unless you ask for play mates of course) several trees in yard with access to shaded back patio, chairs, toy basket, balls and thrower, bug repeller, speaker, and fan. We have a water hookup here with bowls and a bucket of water. Also a small pool for the doggos in the driveway if they want! Neighbor one one side and an empty field on the other. *as long as I am home you can come inside to access bathrooms and I will stock the outside cooler with ice and water and sodas if we have any.
